Ingredients:
Idli
– 5
Onions
– 1 big
Butter
– 5-6 tbsp
Finely
chopped coriander leaves
For masala powder:
Chandal
– 2 tbsp
Uraddal
– 2 tbsp
Jeera – 1
tbsp
Pepper
– 4-5
Dry
chilies – 2-3
Curry
leaves – 4-5
Hing
– a pinch
sugar – a pinch
sugar – a pinch
Tamarind
– little bit
Salt
Dry
roast all the ingredients, let them cool and grind in to a powder.
Preparation:
- Take a saucepan; add 2 tbsp of butter and fry idli for 2-3 min. Take out the idli and cut them in to pieces and keep aside.
- In the same pan; add butter and finely chopped onions. Sprinkle some salt and saute until onions become translucent.
- Now add 2 spoons of masala powder and mix well. Add idli, chopped coriander and saute them for 2 min.
- Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve hot.
