Paneer Dosa

Ingredients:

Dosa batter
Allam chutney (Ginger chutney)
Grated paneer
Oil

Preparation:

Spread dosa batter thinly on dosa pan.
Spread allam chutney on dosa and apply some oil. Now, sprinkle grated paneer.

Fold it into 2 halves and roast it properly with oil on both the sides till it turns golden brown.
Now it is ready to serve.
