Sabudana vada

Ingredients:

Sabudana – 1 cup
Rice powder2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilies – 4
Jeera – ½ tsp
Coarsely grinded peanut powder – 3 tbsp
Salt
Oil to deep fry

Preparation:
  1. Soak sabudana for 3 hours.
  2. Drain water and add green chilies, jeera, peanut powder and salt and mix well. Now add rice powder and mix well.
  3. Take sufficient quantity of batter and place it on polythene and flatten it to a round shape and make a hole in the center. Now wet your fingers, take the flattened batter and slowly slide it into the hot oil.
  4. Fry the vadas on both sides. Take them out over paper towel to drain excess oil.
  5. Now sabudana vada is ready to serve.
