Ingredients:
Sabudana
– 1 cup
Rice
powder – 2 tbsp
Finely
chopped green chilies – 4
Jeera
– ½ tsp
Coarsely
grinded peanut powder – 3 tbsp
Salt
Oil
to deep fry
Preparation:
- Soak sabudana for 3 hours.
- Drain water and add green chilies, jeera, peanut powder and salt and mix well. Now add rice powder and mix well.
- Take sufficient quantity of batter and place it on polythene and flatten it to a round shape and make a hole in the center. Now wet your fingers, take the flattened batter and slowly slide it into the hot oil.
- Fry the vadas on both sides. Take them out over paper towel to drain excess oil.
- Now sabudana vada is ready to serve.
