Sweet Corn Vada

Ingredients:

Sweet corn – 1 cup
Green chilies – 3
Ginger – small piece 
One medium onion finely chopped
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt – pinch
Oil for deep fry

Preparation:
  1. Grind sweet corn, green chili, ginger and salt.
  2. Add finely chopped onions and coriander, and mix well.
  3. Now take this mixture and flatten it to a round shape and deep fry in oil till it turns golden brown in color.
