Utappam

Ingredients:

Dosa batter – 1 cup
Bombay rava – ½ cup
Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped green chili
Sliced tomatoes
Finely chopped coriander
Salt – pinch
Cooking soda – pinch

Preparation:
  1. Soak rava in water for half an hour.
  2. Add soaked rava, salt and cooking soda with little water to the batter and mix well.
  3. Spread dosa batter on pan and apply some oil. Garnish with chopped onions, green chili, tomato slices and coriander leaves.
  4. Flip dosa and roast properly. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato and onion chutney.
