Ingredients:
Dosa batter – 1 cup
Bombay rava – ½ cup
Finely chopped onions
Finely chopped green chili
Sliced tomatoes
Finely chopped coriander
Salt – pinch
Cooking soda – pinch
Preparation:
- Soak
rava in water for half an hour.
- Add
soaked rava, salt and cooking soda with little water to the batter and mix
well.
- Spread
dosa batter on pan and apply some oil. Garnish with chopped onions, green
chili, tomato slices and coriander leaves.
- Flip
dosa and roast properly. Serve with coconut chutney or tomato and onion
chutney.
