Ingredients:
Potato – 2 big
Corn flour – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
Garam masala powder – ¼ tsp
Jeera powder – ½ tsp
Chili powder – ½ tsp
Salt
Oil to deep fry
Preparation:
- Cut potato into strips and half boil in salt water.
- Take a bowl and add corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
- Sprinkle corn flour mixture on boiled potato strips and mix well without breaking potatoes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the strips till they turn crispy.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
