Paneer Sticks

Ingredients:

Paneer – 150 gms
Maida (All-purpose flour) – 2 tbsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbsp
Jeera powder – ½ tbsp
Chili powder – ½ tbsp
Salt
Oil to deep fry

Preparation:
  1. Cut paneer into strips.
  2. Take a bowl and add maida, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, chili powder, jeera powder, salt and mix well. Add water and make a thick paste.
  3. Put paneer pieces into the paste and marinate for 5-10 min.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the strips till they turn crispy.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
