Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken
– ½ cup (cut in to small pieces)
Ginger garlic
paste – ½ tbsp
Chili powder – 1
tsp
Maida
(All-purpose flour) – 4 tbsp
Corn flour – 3
tbsp
Garam masala – ½
tsp
Egg – 1
Lemon juice – 1
tsp
Milk – 1 small
cup
Salt
Oil to deep fry
Preparation:
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice to chicken and keep aside for 10 min.
- Take a bowl and add maida, corn flour, chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
- In a separate bowl; beat egg white and add milk.
- Take chicken pieces and roll them in maida mixture first. Then roll these pieces in egg mixture and again in maida mixture.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add in chicken pieces and fry till they are cooked properly.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
