Chicken Popcorn

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken – ½ cup (cut in to small pieces)
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbsp
Chili powder – 1 tsp
Maida (All-purpose flour) – 4 tbsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Egg – 1
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Milk – 1 small cup
Salt
Oil to deep fry

Preparation:
  1. Add ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice to chicken and keep aside for 10 min.
  2. Take a bowl and add maida, corn flour, chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl; beat egg white and add milk.
  4. Take chicken pieces and roll them in maida mixture first. Then roll these pieces in egg mixture and again in maida mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a kadai. Add in chicken pieces and fry till they are cooked properly.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
