Ingredients:
Dosa batter – 2 cups
Grated Carrot – ½ cup
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Finley chopped coriander
leaves
Salt – pinch
Cooking soda – pinch
Preparation:
- Add salt and cooking soda with little water to the batter and mix well.
- Now add half of the grated carrot to the batter and mix well.
- Spread dosa batter on pan and apply some oil. Sprinkle grated carrot, coconut and coriander leaves.
- Fold it to two halves and roast well.
- Serve with ginger (allam) chutney.
