Carrot Dosa

Ingredients:

Dosa batter – 2 cups
Grated Carrot – ½ cup
Grated coconut – ¼ cup
Finley chopped coriander leaves
Salt – pinch
Cooking soda – pinch

Preparation:
  1. Add salt and cooking soda with little water to the batter and mix well.
  2. Now add half of the grated carrot to the batter and mix well.
  3. Spread dosa batter on pan and apply some oil. Sprinkle grated carrot, coconut and coriander leaves.
  4. Fold it to two halves and roast well.
  5. Serve with ginger (allam) chutney.
