Ingredients:
Grated pineapple – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Cardamom powder - pinch
Chopped dry fruits (cashew & almonds) – 2 tbs
Ghee – 4 tbs
Preparation:
- Heat ghee in a pan; add dry fruits and fry until they turn golden color. Remove and keep aside.
- Add grated pineapple in the same pan and cook on low heat till the water evaporates.
- Now add sugar and cardamom powder and cook for few minutes or until it becomes consistent.
- Turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
