Ingredients:
Finely chopped methi leaves – ½ cup
Besan – 1 cup
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Green chili paste – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tbs
Red chili powder – ½ tsp
Salt
Oil to deep fry
Preparation:
- Take a bowl and add besan, methi leaves, ginger garlic paste, green chili paste, red chili powder, garam masala, salt and 2 table spoons of oil. Mix well and make soft dough (add little water if required).
- Divide the dough into small balls and make into any desired shape. Deep fry in oil till they turn golden brown in color.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
